Travel Overview

Day 1: Marrakech to Ouarzazate
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel in Marrakech in a luxury vehicle, and you'll head east toward the Atlas Mountains. You'll stop at the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, which offers panoramic views of the mountains and valleys below. After that, you'll head to the UNESCO-listed Ait Benhaddou, a fortified village that's been used as a filming location for numerous Hollywood blockbusters. You'll have time to explore the village and learn about its history before heading to Ouarzazate, where you'll spend the night in luxurious accommodation in Dades gorge.
Day 2: Ouarzazate to Merzouga
On day two we head south towards the Sahara desert on a luxury 4x4 vehicle. You will drive through the Dades Gorge, a lush oasis dotted with fruit trees, roses, and small villages. After visiting the Todra canyon, you will then head to Merzouga, a small town on the edge of the Sahara Desert. When you reach the desert, take a sunset camel ride through the soft sand dunes to enjoy stunning views. You will spend the night in a luxury tent in the heart of the desert, where you will be treated to a traditional Moroccan dinner and music performed by local nomads at the campfire.
Day 3: Merzouga to Fez
On your last day, get up early to watch the sun rise over the orange sand dunes. You will then return to Merzouga on a camel. Then head north towards Fez, through the Ziz Valley and the Azrou Cedars Forest, a nature reserve in the Middle Atlas Mountains that is home to a variety of plant and animal species, including the famous Barbary macaques. You will arrive in Fez in the late afternoon, where your driver will take you to your accommodation.
