Transportation to the desert is very limited by air and rail as vehicles are the main mode of transportation in the desert area. Bus transport remains the most important means of transport.

If you mean the Erg Chebbi desert or Erg Chigaga then the answer is no, there is no railway. There is no train to the desert. No train stations and no seats. If you want to see the desert, you have to drive for miles in a vehicle, on a motorcycle or on a bicycle.

Maybe in the future you can easily take a train to the desert :)
