Which is better Zagora or Merzouga?

Merzouga's bigger dunes make for an iconic Sahara experience, great for camel treks and stunning views. Zagora's closer to Marrakech and offers a more accessible taste of the desert, even though its dunes are smaller. Both have their charm, so it depends on what you're after - dramatic landscapes or convenience. Not so far from Zagora there are the sand dunes of Erg Chigaga which I personally consider the best of them all.
